Preventive care at Hannah is delivered by our Doctors of Veterinary Medicine and MVZ-trained veterinary team at either our Portland or Tigard hospital. Both locations provide the full preventive coverage — most Members visit whichever has earlier availability.

What preventive care is included with Hannah Membership?
Total Lifetime Care® includes annual wellness exams, all routine vaccinations, parasite prevention (fleas, ticks, heartworm), deworming, screening labs, dental exams and cleanings, and a Hannah-implanted microchip with local-licensing reimbursement — all at our Portland and Tigard hospitals for one predictable monthly fee.
How often should my Pet get a wellness exam?
Most adult Pets need an annual wellness exam. Puppies and kittens benefit from more frequent visits during their first year — Hannah’s Healthy Start™ plan bundles those early-life appointments. Senior Pets often benefit from semi-annual exams to catch age-related issues early.
Are vaccinations included?
Yes. All core vaccinations are included with Total Lifetime Care® at no additional charge — there are no per-vaccine fees, no annual caps, no co-pays. Your Hannah veterinarian recommends a vaccination schedule appropriate for your Pet’s species, age, and lifestyle.
Does Hannah accept Pets with pre-existing conditions for preventive care?
Most pre-existing conditions are welcome on a Hannah Total Lifetime Care® plan. A short intake exam tells us whether Hannah is a good fit for your Pet. Some chronic conditions, certain breeds, and aggressive Pets may not be a fit — those are the exceptions, not the rule.
Where do I take my Pet for preventive care?
Hannah Members can use either our Portland hospital (SE Mall 205 area) or our Tigard hospital (Washington Square area). Both provide the full Total Lifetime Care® preventive coverage. Many Members pick whichever is closer or has earlier availability.
