Behavior & training FAQ
What is Hannah’s B.E.S.T. team?
B.E.S.T. stands for Behavior, Education, Support and Training. It’s the team at Hannah dedicated to helping Pet Parents raise well-behaved dogs from puppyhood through senior years. Every Hannah Member gets access to the B.E.S.T. team at no additional cost.
Is dog training included in Hannah Membership?
Yes. Unlimited behavior coaching and training support from the B.E.S.T. team is included in Total Lifetime Care® at no per-session charge. Whether you’re working through puppy basics, leash reactivity, separation issues, or senior cognitive changes, the team is available.
What kinds of behavior issues can the B.E.S.T. team help with?
House training, basic obedience, leash manners, socialization, separation anxiety, fear or reactivity, resource guarding, and senior cognitive changes — among many others. Do you offer puppy classes?
